The inspiration for the Aureum School of Hearts goes back to a personal story.

A mother experienced how powerful her child's development potential really was. In the moment it was awakened by one single thought of empowerement:

The one unstoppable “Yes, I can!” that ended years of victim behaviour and learned helplessness.

The sentence “You will never ...” we wish to abolish for every child on this earth.

1.1. The Areum School of Hearts pursues a holistic approach that is unique in its form: We want to prepare young people to realize a selfempowered life of freedom and happiness. That is why everything we do focuses on personal development, self-efficacy and teamwork. The aim of the school is to guide young people to become strong and responsible personalities so that they learn to recognize their individual potential - for a life that they can direct and shape themselves.

In addition to the traditional learning material, we will train the kids in practical motivational strategies and empathic communication in a playful way in everyday school life. In this way, the children not only learn the knowledge they need to succeed in the professional world, but also valuable soft skills that will enable them to achieve satisfaction and fulfillment later on, regardless of their field of work. We want to develop proactive and resilient personalities who add value to society and make a sustainable contribution to the future of the planet.

As a school, we want to be a place where young people enjoy being and which they feel is their second home. Together with parents, we foster a culture of motivation and lifelong learning, creating a social community and a unique ecosystem where family and school speak the same positive language.

The focus is on universal values and emotional health - as a life practice, free of any ideological references. Members of all cultures, religions and world views who share the values and convictions of the Aureum School of Hearts are welcome. We see ourselves as international and non-denominational and open to all genders.

Trust in the perfection of your inner potential

Every person lives in their own world according to their own rules that are right for them. Teaching children how to find the rules of life that make THEM happy is the primary concern of the Aureum School of Hearts.

We humans already have all the resources within us to achieve our life goals and develop our highest potential. We want to accompany the children in this process.

All aspects of the human personality are valuable, as there is a context for every behavior and character trait in which it can be meaningful and useful.

Trust in positive intention

Every person makes the most positive decision for themselves at all times. We therefore trust in children's innate willingness to learn and their urge to develop: there is a positive intention behind everything they do, whether consciously or unconsciously. If a child experiences resistance, the flexibility of the learning guides is required.

Trust in open-ended communication

The words and models we use to explain the world are only a way of making ourselves understood and not objective reality as such. There are therefore no mistakes in communication, only feedback from which we can learn. Instead of “right” or “wrong”, we see the reaction. Our motto is: “If something doesn't work as desired or doesn't resonate with the other person, then do something different.” The Aureum School of Hearts teaches young people an empathic and open-ended form of communication so that they can learn to enter into relationships with a wide variety of people and lead a happy and fulfilling life.
